This exhibit highlights the design and development of an experimental pavilion that is built by Thomas Jefferson University architecture students and the IDEA Lab with locally harvested bamboo. This project takes advantage of the structural bending properties of bamboo and utilizes computational design and fabrication methods for analyzing and constructing the structure.
