Threads of Innovation serves as a celebration of Thomas Jefferson’s University’s dedication and commitment to educating the current and future leaders in the many disciplines in textiles, design and architecture. By showcasing the illustrious history, cross disciplinary collaboration, and remarkable achievement in these disciplines, the exhibit inspires current and future generations of students, faculty and visitors to continue ask the big questions that will Redefine Possible.
The heart of this exhibit is Thomas Jefferson University’s illustrious timeline that brings to life the rich history and enduring commitment of the University to these creative disciplines. Visit our exhibit to be transported through a visual and interactive journey that chronicles Jefferson’s evolution and influence in shaping the realms of these industries through programs in textile design, industrial design, architecture, construction management, visual design communications, to name just a few. This installation is just a taste of Thomas Jefferson University’s contribution and evidence as a vibrant hub of creative exploration and education excellence in these fields.
